Exposito and the Sharks played only one game, but the second baseman provided enough offense for a week. Driving in six runs, Exposito went 4-for-5 at the plate with two home runs, one double and three runs scored to spearhead the Sharks’ attack in a 12-0 triumph over Fairleigh Dickinson. The Empire State product struck out in his first-inning at-bat before breaking out the rake. After doubling in the third inning, Exposito doubled LIU’s lead to 2-0 in the fifth inning by blasting a solo shot to leftfield. He singled home one run in the seventh frame before capping his day with a grand slam in the eighth.
