NEC Rookie of the Month
Kubanova is now three-for-three in NEC Rookie of the Month accolades after going 5-2 at the #1 spot for the Knights in February. After knocking off opponents from Hofstra, Towson and Navy in straight sets, she picked up a 6-1, 6-3 conference win over Bryant’s Sarah Hickey. Kubanova, who is off to a 14-5 start to her singles career, was also named the NEC Player of the Month back in September.
