Calkins earned her second consecutive NEC Rookie of the Week accolade with five goals and an assist for the Warriors last week. The freshman attacker recorded her second hat trick of the season, scoring all three goals in the second half, to help propel Merrimack to its first DI win, a 10-9 triumph over Canisius on Sunday. She also scored two goals in a 15-9 setback to New Hampshire earlier in the week.
