Alyssa McGhee, Saint Francis U
Sr., F, Altoona, PA/Bishop Guilfoyle
McGhee earned her second NEC Player of the Week honor after netting three goals last weekend to help the Red Flash pick up a pair of road wins to lift them to a 3-1 conference record. The senior forward scored a pair of late goals in SFU’s 2-0 victory over LIU on Friday. She knocked in a corner kick from short range in the 74th minute, and connected again in the 86th minute with a goal from the left side of the box. In a 3-1 win over Wagner on Sunday, McGhee stole the ball from a Seahawk defender and scored to put the Red Flash ahead 2-1. The Altoona, PA native is tied atop conference standings with five goals.
