Nova claimed her third straight NEC Rookie of the Week honor after her standout play helped first place LIU move to 3-0 against conference rivals with its 3-0 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday. The Pribham, Czech Republic native posted her fifth straight double-double in the win, tallying a match-high 12 kills on a .391 hitting percentage with 19 digs and a pair of aces for an average of 4.0 kills and 7.67 digs per set. Nova sits atop the rankings with 4.23 kills per set in conference play, tying her with teammate Kora Schaberl.
