NEC Rookie of the Month
Pukse made an immediate impact for the Knights, compiling an 8-3 singles record and 4-1 doubles record this past month. Pukse won the B singles title and teamed with Andris Gudins to take the doubles crown in his first collegiate tournament at Siena. In the final, he beat teammate Medhi Dhouib - the 2018-19 NEC Rookie of the Year - in a three set thriller, 1-6, 6-0, 10-8. Two weeks later he won the A flight consolation ladder at the Hofstra Invitational.
