Amanda Fitzgerald, Fairleigh Dickinson
Sr., GK, Holbrook, NY/Sachem East
Fitzgerald kicked off the week by recording her 13th career shutout in the Knights’ 2-0 conference opening win over LIU on Wednesday. The Holbrook, NY native now sits second in Knights history, only one shutout away from tying the program record. Fitzgerald went on to make a career-high 12 saves in Fairleigh Dickinson’s 2-0 loss to West Virginia. One of the goals the senior keeper yielded was a PK, and she made multiple crucial diving stops to keep the Knights within striking distance.
