Chambers has established quite a connection with QB Logan Marchi in recent weeks. Following his first career TD reception in a Week 2 win over Bucknell, Chambers was on the receiving end of two more Marchi scoring strikes in a 56-40 road victory over Lafayette. The rookie receiver pulled in a game-high nine passes from Marchi while totaling 133 yards through the air. Chambers added 12 rush yards on three carries. The freshman made a 24-yard TD reception to pull SHU within three points of Lafayette during the final minute of the opening half. Chambers reached the end zone again in the third quarter, making a 20-yard catch to bump Sacred Heart’s advantage up to 35-27.
