Petito backstopped the Mountaineers in two victories to open up league play over the weekend. The reigning NEC Defensive Player of the Year made a combined 23 saves in the two wins and finished the weekend with a .676 save percentage. Petito made 13 saves in a 15-8 road win at Saint Francis U on Friday, her second-highest save total this season. The Ocean City, MD native then followed that up with a 10-save effort in a 14-3 win over Robert Morris on Saturday.
