WEEK 12 STATS: 21.11 overall frame average, .530 strike pct., .902 filled frames pct.
En-route to her second NEC Bowler of the Week award this February, Farwell filled frames at a 90.2 percent clip at the James Brown Invitational. With her team winning nine of 12 matches during the three-day meet, the second-year Duke averaged a league-high 21.11 pins per frame while cashing in on 53.0 percent of strike attempts. Farwell, who averaged 9.11 pins per first ball, missed only one single-pin spare attempt (25-of-26) over the course of the weekend. The Keystone State product accounted for 21.38 pins per baker frame, propelling the Dukes to a 4-0 showing on Friday (total pinfall baker) and a best-of-seven baker win over No. 8 Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday. Farwell's 206.6 traditional game average led the Dukes to a 4-1 record during Saturday's team matches and it landed the sophomore a spot on the James Brown All-Tournament First Team.
