The two-time defending NEC Player of the Year continued to pile up #1 singles win to begin her spring campaign. She posted a 5-3 mark, including wins over All-MAAC player Julia Gabay of Marist (6-3, 6-2) and Hofstra’s Jasmine King (6-4, 6-1), and NEC victories against Bryant’s Ada Boru (7-6 (2), 6-2) and St. Francis Brooklyn’s Jean-Na Koo (6-3, 6-4). Grigoryan also registered a 4-3 mark at #1 doubles teaming with Ana Leonte. This marks the eighth NEC Player of the Week/Month award of her LIU career.
