Montes collects her second weekly award following an impressive time of 10:33.61 in the 1,000 freestyle that set a new pace among NEC swimmers this season. The sophomore also registered two additional wins in a dual meet against Colgate, placing first in the 500 free (5:11.76) and in the 200 butterfly (2:08.48). All three times rank on the NEC's top-times list. In addition to leading the circuit in the 1,000 free, she also holds the best time in the 1,650 free from earlier in the season.
