McLaughlin tacked on to the Blue Devil lead scoring her first two collegiate goals in the 4-0 victory over Mount St. Mary's that sealed the regular season NEC title for CCSU. The Ireland native cashed in on Charlotte Maurer's second assist of the night, securing a line drive pass from the corner and finessing a shot right over the goalkeepers head from the top of the box. McLaughlin then notched another one just around four minutes later to give her a team a demanding 4-0 lead. The freshman is tied for fourth on her team with eight points.
