Petito's performance was off the charts last week in a 16-5 win over CCSU that clinched an NEC playoff berth for the Mount and a 12-6 conquest of top-seeded Bryant two days later. The junior from Ocean City, MD registered a 5.50 goals against average and .645 save percentage in the two victories. She stopped six shots against the Blue Devils, then turned away 14 shots as the Mountaineers held the NEC's top-rated offense scoreless over the final 37+ minutes of the contest. Petito leads the NEC in save percentage (.561) and ranks second in GAA (8.51) on the year.
