Alliegro has looked like anything but a rookie this season for a Seahawk squad that earned a share of the NEC regular season title with a 6-1 conference slate. In winning her first NEC Player of the Week honor and league-best fifth NEC Rookie of the Week accolade, the Bayport, NY native exploded for nine goals, three assists, five ground balls, three caused turnovers and three draw controls. Alliegro netted a career-high six goals against co-regular season champion Bryant on Friday, including the go-ahead tally late in the contest, before the Bulldogs rallied for two goals in the final 1:17 to pull out the 11-10 victory. She posted a hat trick and added a pair of assists two days later in a 20-6 win over CCSU. Alliegro ranks fourth in the NEC in points per game (3.47), fifth in goals per game (2.27) and sixth in assists per game (1.20).
