The 2018 NEC Indoor long jump champion has made himself the early-season favorite for the outdoor crown. Opening the season at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, Workcuff leapt 7.23m (23’ 8.75”) to move into first place on the conference leader board. The mark was good enough for third overall amongst 24 competitors at the meet, which was hosted by Coastal Carolina. The distance also ranks Workcuff third on the list of IC4A Championship qualifiers.
