One month after securing the 60m title at the NEC Indoor Championships, Kimble opened the outdoor season by recording the second-fastest 100m dash in Mount’s program history. The second-year Mountaineer crossed the line in 10.49 at Coastal Carolina’s Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, finishing as the runner-up to Coastal’s Kahlim Denmark. Kimble’s league-leading time ranks fourth overall on the early-season IC4A regional performance list.
