Guerrera’s first 800m run of the outdoor season has the decorated Pioneer in second place on the overall IC4A Championships qualifying list. Recording the 10th-fastest time in the NCAA East Region, the SHU senior crossed the line in 1:49.48 at the Stanford Invitational. While shaving 0.44 second off his previous outdoor personal best, Guerrera finished fourth overall at the prestigious meet. He was the second-fastest collegiate finisher behind only Western Oregon’s David Ribich.
