Tuttle, a 2017 All-NEC first teamer, opened his junior campaign with an impressive four-goal performance against Stony Brook to lift the Pioneers to their first win of the season on Saturday afternoon. Playing against a Seawolves team that ranked second in the American East preseason poll, Tuttle accounted for more than a third of SHU’s scoring en-route to the 11-9 victory. He led a red-hot Pioneer offense in the first half, scoring three times, including a timely goal with under a minute left in the second quarter to give his team a 9-4 advantage heading into the break. The Rocky Mountain State native also added a ground ball.
