Frederick has surpassed the IC4A Championships qualifying standard during the first two 200m races of his collegiate career. Competing for the first time since his SFU debut on December 1, the Red Flash freshman posted the third-fastest 200m time amongst collegiate finishers at the 2018 Great Dane Classic. Frederick, who had already owned the NEC lead in the 200m dash thanks to his performance at the Bison Opener, crossed the line in 22.00 at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, NY. He finished fifth out of 75 entrants on the meet’s overall leader board.
