Murray allowed Duquesne to run out the clock on Sacred Heart in a 37-21 road victory that moved the Dukes to 4-0 in NEC play. Murray, who spent much of the second half spelling starter AJ Hines, totaled 67 yards on a season-high 18 rushes. Salting away a win, he recorded three first downs during the fourth quarter. Prior to his Week 9 performance, the true freshman, who did not play in any of the season’s first three games, had not rushed for more than 22 yards in a game against a Division I opponent. As a team, the Dukes rushed for more than 230 yards for the third week in a row.
