Heger made a career-high 20 saves and allowed just seven goals in RMU's 13-7 win over Saint Joseph’s on Saturday. The sophomore goalkeeper held SJU scoreless in the second quarter and limited the Hawks to just four goals in the second half as the Colonials improved to 3-0 in NEC play. The seven goals allowed marked a career-low in a conference start for Heger and it was the second time in the past three games that Heger has held an opponent to single-digit scoring. Heger’s 20 saves also ranks fifth all-time on the school's single-game list. The Carmel, Indiana native now leads the NEC in save percentage (.587) and saves per game (13.20).
