Lawrence logged a seasonal best 500m time while striking gold at Yale’s Giegengack Invitational. The SHU senior ran to victory in 1:14.62, coming in nearly 1.5 seconds under the qualifying standard for the ECAC Championships in March. Lawrence, who already ranked third amongst NEC 400m leaders, grabbed hold of second place on the conference’s 500m performance list while pulling into the No. 18 spot on the ECAC regional leader board.
