Joining Liam Harris and Dylan Beard, Davenport becomes the third first-year Seahawk to capture the NEC Rookie of the Week award this season. The freshman sprinter moved into second place on the conference’s 200m leader board while contesting the John Thomas Terrier Invitational. Davenport out-classed his heat in Boston, clocking in at 21.86 to finish 15th overall at the massive meet. The native Floridian is one of ten 200m runners in the NEC who have already qualified for the IC4A Championships in March.
