Roberts’ first competition as a LIU Brooklyn Blackbird yielded the Northeast Conference’s top high jump mark. The mid-year transfer cleared 2.08m (6’ 9.75”) as the top collegiate finisher at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational in Boston. Easily surpassing the qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships in March, Roberts became one of 87 NCAA Division I high jumpers to have successfully leapt 2.08m this season.
