Hines continued to pulverize opposing defenses in the running game. The freshman ball carrier eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark for the fourth time in his last five outings and accounted for the Dukes’ lone touchdown in a last-minute 14-10 setback at Keystone State rival Saint Francis. Hines logged a NEC week-high 123 yards rushing on 25 attempts against the conference’s top-ranked run defense. He powered into the end zone for a one-yard touchdown run that gave the Dukes’ a 10-7 lead midway through the third quarter. Hines, who had three carries of at least 10 yards, exploded for a 30-yard gain on the game’s first play from scrimmage. He continues to lead the NEC in rushing yards (812).
