Kole took home her third NEC Rookie of the Week Award after earning her second individual win of the season for the Mount. She captured the title on Saturday at the Delaware State Invitational with a 5K time of 19:01.70, nearly 21 seconds ahead of the pack. Kole was just one of two athletes to finish with a time better than 20:00 in the field of 67 runners. Her showing helped boost Mount St. Mary’s to a second place finish at the meet. The Carlisle, PA product has also been named the NEC Athlete of the Week twice this season.
