Rog earned his fifth NEC Athlete of the Week Award after a successful showing at the Princeton Invitational, a meet featuring a talented pool of competition. Against a field of 20 teams - and nine regionally ranked programs - Rog finished 19th. He competed against 226 athletes, including harriers from Yale, Columbia, Penn and Stony Brook. He turned in a time of 24:42, his best of the season and third all-time in Sacred Heart’s 8K history. Rog came in just 41 seconds behind the winner, James Randon from Yale.
