WEEK 6 STATS: 25-of-39 passing, 341 pass yards, 1 TD, 8.7 yards per pass attempt
Dolegala passed his way to a career day at Franklin Field in Philadelphia. CSSU’s sophomore signal caller recorded the program’s first 300-yard passing performance since the 2013 season. Dolegala, who has not been intercepted in either of his past two games, went 25-of-39 passing for a career-high 341 yards and one touchdown against Ivy League member Penn. His 62-yard touchdown pass, which cut the Blue Devils’ deficit to 14-7 early in the second quarter, stands as the team’s longest play from scrimmage this season. Averaging 8.7 yards per attempt, Dolegala completed passes to seven different receivers in the 28-16 setback. The 6-foot-5 field general, who saw 13 of this completions result in first downs at Penn, is the third NEC quarterback to pass for more than 340 yards in a game through the season’s first six weeks.
