Grudzwick’s outdoor collegiate career is only two weeks old, but the rookie already has a pair of gold medals to show for it. Recording his second straight first-place finish in the 800m run, the Nutmeg State product bested a field of 26 competitors at Yale’s Mark Young Invitational. Grudzwick crossed the line in 1:53.59, a time that automatically qualifies him for the IC4A Championships in May. The Blue Devil’s latest performance occupies the No. 2 spot on the NEC seasonal leader board.
