Workcuff became the first NEC long jumper to exceed the 7.00m mark this outdoor season. The second-year Mountaineer leapt 7.07m (23’ 2.5”) to extend his league lead and earn automatic qualification into the IC4A Championships in May. The performance came as part of the Decathlon that Workcuff completed while contesting the Mount Multis in Emmitsburg. He also ran an IC4A qualifying time in the 100m dash during the competition.
