Heinze was a force at the plate for the Mountaineers as she completed the week hitting .500 with three doubles, two home runs, five runs scored and four RBI to go along with a 1.400 slugging percentage. Heinze began her week by going 2-for-5 with a homer and a double in the Mount’s 16-10 setback at Georgetown. In Sunday's opener against Sacred Heart, Heinze launched a walk-off three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh as the Mount rallied for the 8-7 win. The junior finished the doubleheader sweep 3-for-5 with two doubles, a homer, four runs scored and three RBIs. The Maryland native has swatted a league-leading 15 round trippers this season, leaving her one shy of the NEC single-season record set by Wagner's Andrea Lazzari in 2009.
