Ellzy earned her third win over a Big Ten opponent this season as she helped the Colonials to a doubleheader split against Penn State last Wednesday. She tossed a complete game three-hitter, allowing a lone run against the Nittany Lions in a 3-1 win. The freshman would come in relief in game two and yielded one unearned run over the course of 3.1 innings of work. Ellzy, who leads RMU with seven wins on the year, finished the week with a 0.68 ERA.
