Competing out of his customary #1 flight spot, Gervais sparked the Red Flash to wins over Hartford and St. Bonaventure last week. He defeated Hartford’s Daniel Rombola (6-4, 6-4) and St. Bonaventure’s Eduardo Irizarry (7-6 (5), 6-3) to improve to 9-3 in dual meet play in 2015-16. Gervais and sophomore Alec Dylan Foo-Kune teamed up for a pair of doubles wins to push their record to 10-2 on the year. The Quebec native was also NEC Player of the Week back on March 3.
