Crum’s offensive attack was a critical component in the Blackbirds’ second-half comeback against Army. The freshman assisted on the first goal of the second half, helping to cut the Blackbirds’ deficit to three goals at the time. After Army re-extended its lead to four with just over 12:00 remaining, Crum delivered an answer. The rookie midfielder found the back of the net with 11:43 remaining, sparking the Blackbirds’ game-tying run. In addition to the goal and assist, Crum secured a team-high four draw controls.
