Coming into the week without a double digit scoring performance in his career, Hoehn averaged 16.5 points on 68.8 percent shooting from the field in a split for the Pioneers. He shot 50.0 percent from long range and 80.0 percent from the line, and chipped in with 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game. Hoehn, who had scored 20 points in his first seven conference games, nearly matched that total on Thursday alone, tallying 13 of his 19 in the second half in SHU’s eight-point setback at LIU Brooklyn. The Morristown, NJ native made 6-8 from the floor and pulled down a career-best six rebounds. Hoehn registered 14 points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals in Saturday’s last-second, 72-71 win over Bryant.
