In Saturday's dual meet win over Siena, Lafferty posted two individual victories and was part of two winning relay teams. The four-time NEC Swimmer of the Week claimed first in the 200 (1:54.90) and 500 (5:09.51) freestyle events, with both times ranking her in the NEC top-10 this season. In the 500, she finished nearly 13 seconds ahead of the runner-up finisher. The Indiana native went on to help the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay squads secure first as they turned in times of 1:49.09 and 3:39.88, respectively.
