It was a busy week for the Pryor, a preseason All-NEC pick who has caught fire the month. The Evanston, IL native averaged 23.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 50.0 percent (24-48) from the field, including 42.1 percent (8-19) from beyond the arc and 81.3 percent (13-16) at the free-throw line. Pryor opened the week by scoring a game-high 27 points and grabbing eight rebounds at Columbia on Monday. Three days later he led the Colonials to their first home win of the year with a 69-67 victory over preseason Patriot League favorite Lehigh, tallying 20 points and six boards while dishing out a season-high five assists. After the Mountain Hawks had climbed to within two late in the second half, Pryor hit jumpers on back-to-back possession to push RMU’s lead to six as the Colonials hung on for the victory. The senior capped his week with 22 points, eight rebounds, three blocks and a pair of steals in a tight loss at Duquesne on Saturday. Pryor has now reached the 20-point threshold in each of his last five games, making him the first Colonial on record to have scored at least 20 points in five consecutive outings. On the 2015-16 campaign, Pryor leads the NEC with 21.7 ppg and ranks sixth with 7.1 rpg.
