The transfer student wasted no time making an impression for his new team. Putting the shot 17.38m (57’ 0.25”), Ramsey walked away from the season-opening Knight Indoor Classic with the gold medal. The mark instantly made him the NEC event leader and qualified him for the IC4A Championships in March. Thanks to his top mark from the Knight Indoor Classic, Ramsey sits third overall on the IC4A’s regional leader board. He owns 10th place on the NCAA Division I performance list for all competition through December 7.
