WEEK 11 STATS: 3 points, 3-for-3 PATs, 1 total tackle, 4 kickoffs, 60.0 avg., 3 punts, 39.7 avg., 3 Inside 20
The NEC’s leading field goal maker did not attempt a three-pointer during Week 11, but Geesey still factored into Saint Francis’ 21-0 triumph over rival Robert Morris. The Keystone State product was a perfect 3-for-3 on PAT attempts, running his league-leading point total (for kickers) to 71. In addition to handling kickoffs during the victory, which moved the Red Flash within one win of their first-ever Northeast Conference crown, Geesey served as the team’s punter and did so effectively. He dropped all three of his kicks inside of the opponent’s 20-yard line with two being fair caught. Manning the position for the first time since his rookie season, Geesey averaged 39.7 yards per punt. He also made a first-quarter tackle on kickoff coverage.
