Mastrangelo earns his second NEC Player and Rookie of the Week honors this season after netting his second hat trick in league play during Saint Francis U’s 3-1 win over Central Connecticut on Sunday. The freshman’s first two goals come on feeds from teammate Pablo Medina in the 43rd and 52nd minutes of action to give the Red Flash a 2-0 lead. The Venetia, PA native then converted a pass from Troye Kiernan in the 88th minute for his third goal of the game to ice the victory for the Red Flash, who are currently third in the NEC standings with a 4-2 league record.
