Viscardi makes it back-to-back NEC Defensive Player of the Week honors after allowing just two goals in a 1-1 week for Wagner. In a 1-0 victory over Sacred Heart that kept the Seahawks alive for an NEC playoff berth on Friday, Viscardi notched her third consecutive shutout. The freshman tallied nine saves, three of which were crucial stops. One of her diving saves deflected back to a Sacred Heart player who fired it back at Viscardi. She sprung up from the ground and tipped it to preserve the clean sheet. In a 2-1 loss to Central Connecticut on Sunday, Viscardi posted four saves to finish with 13 on the weekend. The Hazlet, NJ produce ranks third in the NEC with an .803 save percentage and 1.44 goals against average.
