Howe-Yorio started her senior season on a high note. The Red Flash right-hander was red hot throughout two days of competition at the Kutztown Fall Invitational. She topped the entire field in both traditional game average (206.6) and baker frame average (20.69). Leading the Red Flash to an 8-2 record for the weekend, Howe-Yorio posted a 20.68 overall frame average at the 17-team tournament. The veteran filled exactly 90 percent of her frames throughout the weekend, which included team victories over Delaware State, Adelphi, and LIU Brooklyn. Making 11 starts for SFU, Howe-Yorio threw a team-high 71 strikes in 146 attempts (.486) and cleaned up more than 80 percent of her non-split spare opportunities.
