Mastrangelo scored three goals in fourteen minutes in Saint Francis U's 6-1 victory over Sacred Heart on Sunday. After a late first half goal by the Pioneers to tie the game at one apiece, the freshman forward buried his first of the game just five minutes into the second half. Six minutes later, teammate Troye Kienan took a shot that was stopped by Sacred Heart goalkeeper Tucker Hackett, but Mastrangelo was there for the rebound for his second tally. Mastrangelo then found the back of the net once more in the 65th minute when Pablo Medina sent a thru ball to Mastrangelo for his third goal in under 15 minutes. The freshman, who has now won two NEC Rookie of the Week awards, leads the Red Flash and ranks second in the NEC with six goals on the year.
