Puntillo claims his third NEC Rookie of the Week honor after tallying a goal and an assist in RMU's 3-0 win over Howard in its non-conference finale on Saturday. The Colonials led 1-0 early in the contest until the freshman scored with a strong volley off of a throw in, sending the ball into the near bottom corner of the goal. In the 68th minute, Puntillo set-up teammate Jared Latchford for his first goal of the season to give the Colonials an insurance marker. The Woodbridge, Onatrio native currently leads the NEC with five assists, and ranks second in points (13) and third in goals (four).
