Thompson extended her NEC lead in the 400m hurdles while competing at the Aggie Invitational hosted by North Carolina A&T. The first-year Knight clocked in at 1:00.63 to finish first amongst all collegiate entries. Thompson trimmed nearly one full second off her prior seasonal best and cracked the NCAA Division I East Region Top 50 as a result. Her top time is more than 2.0 seconds faster than the automatic qualifying standard for the ECAC Championships.
