Conway captured the NEC high hurdles title indoors this past February. Now, the sophomore appears serious about adding a gold medal to his outdoors resume. Conway cruised to a seasonal best in the 110m hurdles at the George Mason Spring Invitational. Clocking in at 14.33, the Red Flash hurdler recorded the fastest time in the NEC this spring and moved up to the No. 42 spot on the NCAA Division I East Region leader board. Conway’s top time is more than 0.5 second better than the qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships in May.
