Meyer became the first NEC sprinter this season to run faster than the qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships in the 200m dash. The Red Flash freshman finished seventh overall at the Wake Forest Open, crossing the line in 21.75. The time immediately pushed him to the top of the NEC leader board. Meyer finished sixth in the 200m dash at the NEC Indoor Championships in February.
