Rankel tied a career-high and came a goal shy of tying the program single-game record with six tallies in Robert Morris' 12-10 win over 2014 MAAC champion Siean on Saturday. The senior also notched an assists to give him seven points on the afternoon, eclipsing his previous record of six set in the 2013 NEC Tournament against Quinnipiac. The junior midfielder carried the Colonials in the fourth quarter, breaking open a tied game with a natural hat trick and leading the Colonials to their first win of the season.
