Pasricha lifted her spring record to 6-3 with a pair of #2 flight singles wins last week for the three-time defending champion Knights. Her most impressive win came last Wednesday, when the sophomore posted a 6-3, 6-1 win over Bethune-Cookman’s Chinastu Kajiwara, a three-time All-MEAC honoree and three-time HBCU national singles champion. Pasricha also added a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Sacred Heart’s Paige Olson as the Knights picked up their first NEC win of the spring season. The New Delhi, India product, who was the September NEC Player of the Month, leads the Knights with 13 singles wins on the year against just six defeats.
